- The names, email addresses, countries, and passwords collected during registration are used only for authentication and account management purposes.

- Subscribers' names, email addresses, countries, and passwords are securely stored on LightFill's servers.
- Passwords are encrypted using recognized cryptographic hashing techniques to ensure their confidentiality.
- LightFill is committed to implementing appropriate security measures to protect subscribers' data against unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure.
4. Data Retention
- Subscribers' names, email addresses, countries, and passwords are retained as long as their account remains active.
- Subscribers may request the deletion of their account and personal data at any time by contacting LightFill support.

- LightFill does not share subscribers' personal data with third parties, except as required by law or with the explicit consent of the subscriber.
- Files uploaded by users are sent to Anthropic's API for data extraction via OCR. Anthropic does not store these files after processing and commits to deleting them from its servers.
6. Subscribers' Rights
- Subscribers have the right to access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, and object to its processing.
- Subscribers may exercise these rights by contacting LightFill support.
7. Modification of the Privacy Policy
