Terms and Conditions of LightFill

1. Object

The Chrome extension 'LightFill' (hereinafter referred to as 'the Extension') allows users to extract data from an image file and pre-fill web forms with this data.

2. Use of the Extension

  1. The user agrees to use LightFill only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.
  2. The user is solely responsible for the files they upload and the data they extract using LightFill.
  3. The user acknowledges that LightFill should not be used to extract sensitive or confidential data without the prior consent of the individuals concerned.

3. Intellectual Property

LightFill and its source code are the exclusive property of LightFill. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

  1. LightFill is provided 'as is' without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
  2. LightFill cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use LightFill.

5. Modification of the Terms and Conditions

LightFill reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication.
